Dear All,
Valtech is recruiting trainees from B.Sc/B Com and MCA streams, providing them proper training and placing them in various projects. Now, we are coming up with a new initiative which reads as follows:
· We would like you to recommend known people, who have passed out B.Sc/B Com / MCA from recent batches (2005 and 2006) for this job.
· Valtech will identify a training organization who will train all the candidates on Testing methodology
· The candidate has to pay for this training which would be around Rs.7500/- per person
· Valtech will evaluate these candidates at the end of the training program and select these candidates based on our requirements
· The selected candidates will be paid as per the company norms for the trainee cadre.
· The candidates will be regularized in the service based on their performance at the end of the year.
· There will be NO monetary benefits for referring a trainee ( As per the employee referral policy)
