Industry Hardcore experience in Sales preferably FMCG followed by expoure to Service Industries like Telecom, Financial Services Consumer Durables, GSM Post Paid or DSA background.

Qualification MBA preferred but not essential.

Job Description To set up a retail chain network.This would include the following:
(i) Primary Sales
(ii) Acquiring Retail Network & it’s Maintenance
(iii) Franchisee Management
(iv) Sales Promotion
(v) Meeting Target requirements
Skills / Attitude Statement:
The person must have the willingness to work in a “Start-up setup”. This would encompass all the unstructured & open work processes which would be highly flexible.
The person must have strong Retailer Relationship Management / Franchisee Management skills. Must be a go-getter with high drive, initiative & ability to deliver on commitments. Must have good “Execution” Skills.
Must be capable of developing into a future ASM.
